Manpower IT is looking for a Senior Product/Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a client in Raleigh. This candidate must have at least 8-10 years of direct product and project management experience. Requirements +Must take ownership of & drive the overall product life cycle from inception, definition, execution, & delivery, successfully coordinating work across development, marketing, & technical product management +Able to lead & mentor people, strong analytical skills, demonstrated success at delivering on time & on budget +Participate in overall conceptualization, planning, & deployment of the products +Work closely with business, product & technical teams to implement new features & functionality +Responsible for the development of business requirements & insuring they are translated into technical solutions +Create, manage, & communicate overall schedule for product development & releases +Interface with development team to integrate development schedule into the overall schedule +Monitor the entire project schedule / milestones / delivery dates +Technical background in development with C/C++/C# preferred but not required Client is looking for a very strong product/project manager that have proven themselves with complex product releases.
