Senior Business Solutions - Specialist

Summary of Position:
The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. This position will also ensure that solutions are aligned with business strategies, comply with organization's application and architectural standards, as well as provide key support in the full systems life cycle and participates in the design, coding, testing, implementing and support of application software and Enterprise Integration that is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Provide Systems Integration and Interface Mgmt. between Applications to meet business requirements Assist in the facilitation and communication of problem resolution, prioritization and escalation with relevant technical groups, competency centers and affected clients Provide SAP Domain and technical expertise to the implementation and maintenance of business solutions supporting company's I.S. strategic direction and Business Units. Efficiently contribute to software quality, implementing process improvements which minimize non-value added work; delivering superior customer service that exceeds the SLA and providing clear and consistent communications among all IS customers and competency centers. Apply structured practices to analysing business problems including process definition, end-user communication and training, application isolation design (packaged and custom) representing I.S on a cross-functional project team

QUALIFICATIONS :
(A) Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems 5-7 years application implementation experience utilizing structured project methodologies Expertise with ERP systems specifically with SAP APO (SNP Supply Network Planning) and (PPDS Production Scheduling). Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment Ability to travel
