What are we looking for?

A talented C/C++ Software Engineer with at least 2+ years of experience and a Master's degree who will become a key contributor to our video surveillance applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands on application development expertise who enjoys working in an extremely aggressive engineering team. This position could evolve into a manager role.

What do you need to qualify?

- 4+ years of experience with multi-threaded C++ application development using Microsoft Visual Studio
- Win 32 API
- Socket and lower level network programming and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and strong problem solving abilities.
- Must be able to work in a small team environment
- MS in EE or similar

Additional nice-to-have experience:

- Borland C++ Builder, Delphi, Microsoft VB, C#
- XML and JavaScript
- Familiarity with image compression standards
- Familiarity with security and surveillance applications
