What you will be doing!
- Develop trading and brokerage applications using WPF, .NET 3.5, etc
- Provide technical guidance and training to other staff members within the organization
- Tune and monitor application performance
- Maintain the security and integrity of the applications
- Support production systems, analyze problems, and configure systems within the distributed computing environment
- Maintain the release management cycle as well as the software development environments
- Work with the QA team and systems to prevent bugs in released code

What you need!
- 5+ years of professional programming experience developing scalable, high-performance applications using .NET 3.5, Silverlight, WPF, CSS, Javascript, UI
- Experience developing high level applications for Fortune 500 Clients
- Extensive understanding of SOA, security, enterprise integration, and distributed computing concepts
- Ability to analyze systems and to architect solutions with clear designs
- Experience in building use cases and test cases
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills with ability to lead team meetings, gather requirements, and arrive at technical decisions
