One of our clients in Boston is looking for a senior consultant with 10+ years of experience in full software development lifecycle. Must have heavy background in process improvement, specifically in CMM. Must have experience bringing organizations from Level 1 to Level 2 or 2 in SEI CMM. Strong Project Management background and experience in consulting a must. This person will be working with PMO and Engineering VP to bring their Software Engineering organization to CMM level 2 and then level 3. Ideal candidate is someone that has done this specifically in the past and has the patience to guide an organization as it goes through this change. df-tc

Experience/Skills
10+ years of Software development lifecycle experience. Must have CMM experience.
