Description
The Sr. CRM Technical Specialist is primarily responsible for the implementation and configuration of new projects, and supporting existing CRM functionality for the company.


Responsibilities:

Identification of solutions to business problems.

Assists the Manager of Sales and Marketing Systems with strategy development for future projects.

Key areas for strategy development include the implementation of SAP B2B, use of web-technologies to increase our e-commerce capabilities and web presence, systems for the tracking and processing of marketing funds, systems strategy for Service, PCI compliance, and the application of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to the company's processes.

Implementation of new functionality/participation on projects.

Strong project management skills and the ability to serve as the technical lead on projects are key requirements for this position.

Current projects include a CRM Upgrade, Implementation of SAP B2C/Internet Sales Application (ISA) for our Canadian subsidiary, and the implementation of Paymetric XI Secure to support PCI compliance.

Support of existing applications including coordination of tasks with other team members


Qualifications:

BS/BA majoring in MIS/CIS or other applicable majors.

3 to 6 years of SAPCRM application development experience.

Extensive experience with JAVA, ABAP and SAP Internet Sales Application (ISA)

Must have exceptional written and oral communication, time and project management skills.

Multiple full lifecycle implementations from planning through go-live support

Desired skills:

SAP CRM functional configuration experience.
SAP SD configuration experience.
Other web technologies such as Vignette or IBM Websphere.
SAP Portal configuration and / or development experience.df-tc
