Experience/Skills
7 + years' as a programmer analyst with call center technologies (CTI concepts, software, and hardware, predictive dialers, and IVR units) and a strong working knowledge of call center business systems and related computer applications software and hardware, with heavy emphasis on technical infrastructure. Microsoft Windows 2000 Server Administration, Visual Basic, SQL or relational database, and Network topology.
