Senior Cisco IVR Deployment Consultant (#8225-24-MH1423)

Thompson Technologies has an immediate need for a Cisco ICR Consultant for our client in Bellevue, WA.

This consultant will be responsible for deploying the Cisco/Geotel or Genesys/Alcatel call center routing and product infrastructure. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience with these technologies and duties is required.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Implementing Vrz MPLS network and a Nuance IVR platform migration
• Upgrading a Nice voice recording application
• Coordinating database integration efforts
• Deploying IP soft-phones and edge gear to call center sites.
• Driving coordination meetings
• Producing status communications
• Surfacing risks and issues
• Driving mitigation and resolution
• Communicating, motivating, aligning, and driving the team
• Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience coordinating multiple call center technology work streams.

The duration of this project is scheduled to last for 5-6 months with a possibility of extension.
