Senior Cisco Wireless Engineer

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong skill set and experience in Cisco routing/switching
• Experienced in design and deployment of all Cisco Wireless solution components including:
• Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC)
• Cisco Wireless Control System (WCS)
• Cisco Catalyst 6500 Wireless Services Module (WiSM)
• Cisco Aironet Wireless Access Points (AP)
• Cisco and MS Authentication Methods
• Wireless Security
• Strong Cisco Routing/Switching Experience
• Wireless Site Survey (using third party modeling/survey tools) and ?RF Modeling? skill set using native Cisco WCS tools.
• Mid Market and/or Enterprise experience
• Very technical and able to design and deploy all aspects of complex projects (majority of time will be spent in billable implementation)
• Able to perform in a presales capacity (Presents well, able to assess customer requirements, make recommendations, see the big picture, and good follow through on scope of work and estimating.
• CCNP level (or equivalent experience) or higher

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Any other advanced technology exposure and/or experience a plus especially voice and Nexus
  Worked for a VAR or Consultant in the past
  Experience with other vendor wireless products (eg Vocera, Aeroscout, Vocera, Pango) a plus
  Experience working in or consulting in a healthcare environment a plus
  Cisco Wireless Location Appliance (WLA)
