Description
Responsibilities include: • Manage Citrix systems engineering and administrative roles as they pertain to the overall business goals of the company and for maintaining world-class service levels and systems availability. • Manage, design, implement, and maintain Citrix environment. • Carry out OS and software upgrades as required. • Provide on-site and off-site support. • Participate in off-hours on-call rotation. • Manage multiple tasks as well as service requests and incident resolution. • Proactively identify gaps in systems operations and propose solutions. • Interact with Business Units as well as vendors to architect new technologies. • Scope, plan and prioritize milestones and tasks for multiple simultaneous projects. Experience/Skills
Position Requirements include: • BS degree in a technical discipline or at least 6 years of Citrix administrator experience. • Citrix certifications preferred. • 1+ years experience with Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, 4.5, and Citrix MetaFrame XP. • Experience in a regulatory compliance environment preferred • Knowledge of server hardware, Active Directory, SQL Server, and network operating systems. • Knowledge of other Windows server technologies such as SQL Server. • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior server administrators and peers along with leadership experience. • Proven ability to be proactive in assessing and preparing for future needs in regards to servers and architecture. • Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and recommend solutions. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenInterested candidates please email resume to ERIC.MARCUS@RHT.COM
