Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years working in a multi-site/multinational IT operational support capacity. Microsoft certifications preferred. Expertise and hands-on experience with MS Windows client OS and package deployment technologies (SMS). Good working knowledge of scripting languages (ex: VB Scripting) and Active Directory. Strong project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent customer service orientation. Ability to remain composed under varying levels of pressure.Must possess a high degree of analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
