Our drect real estate management client near LA is looking for a senior Cognos developerimmediately. We have 5 of our dw/BI consultants workign here. Job Description Skills include: ??? Strong understanding in modeling concepts and techniques for data warehouse / data mart databases (star schema, snowflake schema) ??? Strong experience and knowledge in Cognos 8 Business Intelligence suite of products ??? Professional working experience Microsoft SQL Server and SQL ??? Expertise on Cognos Reportnet architecture and components deployment - application configuration, framework build/updates and report writing ??? Framework Manager Model design & implementation ??? PowerPlay Cube Model design & implementation ??? Experience with the development of analytical applications using ???slice and dice???, statistical analysis, and advanced analytical techniques ??? Experience in the development of executive dashboards to monitor business activities and performance indicators ??? Strong working knowledge and experience in development of Cognos Framework Manager model, production reports (list, cross-tab etc.
