The contractor shall provide support to include:
Design and implement specific new software enhancements; Integrate, test, and evaluate the software enhancements; Upgrade and enhance the software enhancements based on customer feedback; Update documentation for the new software enhancements; Perform system testing in the laboratory. At least 5 years of current C++ programming experience developing large software systems is required. Telecommunications experience is preferred. Fully cleared.
