KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Crowe Chizek is looking for a Java/J2EE Senior Consultant for the Risk and Performance Services (RPS) Group in Oak Brook, IL, to provide application development, system testing, and business analysis/business mapping capabilities to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related required.
- 2 years custom application development experience, specifically 2-years of Java Programming (preferably Sun Certified); expert in J2EE architecture; working knowledge of WebSphere Studio application Develop version 5 (or equivalent); "front end" web application development skills including HTML, Javascript, and JSP.
- Experience with application design and application architecture needed.
- Experience with Unit and System Testing of developed software necessary.
- Business Analysis and Design experience is required.
- Must have experience managing development activities within defined task budgets.
- Good development and analytical skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess good teamwork and customer service skills and have a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Enterprise Integration Enterprise Document Management a plus.
- Experience with .Net development or mainframe development a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel at least 3 nights per week.
