Smartsource is a 10 year old IT staffing company that specializes in IT staff augmentation services. Headquartered in the western suburbs of Chicago, offering nationwide coverage Smartsource provides a wide variety of IT resources on a contract, contract to hire, perm placement or project basis.

We are currently seeking Senior Consultant to join a Microsoft Solutions Practice based in Farmington Hills, MI. 48335.

This individual will be involved in the design and implementation of effective Microsoft Windows 2003 solutions in the SMB to enterprise market space. Also desired is a background in Cisco implementations including the configuration and deployment of Cisco switches, routers and Cisco security solutions.

This consultant must be able to analyze and solve complex technical issues with minimal supervision, and work well within a team environment. Responsibilities will include presales design, project definition as well as the implementation of these solutions.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in IT administration and technology including 2 years of consulting experience in a technical environment.

The following skills / certifications are required:

MCSE 2003, Exchange 2003 / 2007.

MCSE, Cisco CCNA / CCNP
