Senior Consultant/Project Lead - Websense/Blue Coat migration project

Responsibilities:
? Manage and engineer transition of specified web content management services from Websense to Blue Coat.
? Perform in functional areas of installation, configuration and maintenance of network devices, IS hardware and software platforms.
? Troubleshoot any areas of conflict during transition.
? Develop documentation.
? Train staff on implemented tools and processes.
? Help lead transition team to integrate all services.
? Work with internal teams to deploy, develop and execute operational improvement
? Perform audits, assumption validation, process improvement, optimization and supply input to client on opportunities for improvement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
? Experience in BlueCoat Proxy, Websense content management devices.
? Experience in Nokia/Checkpoint & Cisco PIX firewalls.
? Experience in network security, vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, and virus detection, hacking and encryption methods.
? Knowledge of Protocol Analyzers and Security software tools.
? Knowledge/experience in the installation, administration, and support of Firewalls, Content Management devices, VPN, Network Switches and Routers.
? Knowledge of the TCP/IP Protocol and the OSI model.
? Experience on Windows and UNIX platforms.
? Experience as a team lead of implementations, migrations, and transition projects
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to develop strong working relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
? Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
? Ability to handle multiple priorities.
? Self motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible.df-tc
