As the Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the architecture, development and support solutions in the SAP HR environment as well as providing guidance and technical expertise to the functional teams responsible for support and project delivery. You will liaison with technical basis and portal counterparts as well as deployment teams to ensure the integrity of the overall HR/payroll solution and processes used to support the integrated environment. You will manage and/or consult on multiple projects that involve integration with HR/Payroll processes or the utilization of employee data. You will represent HRPAS and client interests in developing and reviewing technology solutions. You will recommend/introduce process improvements and SAP industry best practices to overall HR/Payroll business practices and SAP HR support model. As part of the HRPAS Leadership Team, you will provide oversight and technical coaching to the overall team as well as represent HR/payroll interests in Global Shared Service and SAP COE initiatives. In addition, you will ensure alignment with SAP COE vision and processes.

This position requires a Bachelors degree (Masters degree advantageous) and 12 years of variable experience that includes the following skills: experience and skill in SAP HR architecture, design and development, experience and skill in project management, high energy, creative, multi-tasking, and get-the-job-done attitude, strong persuasion, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), proven leadership experience in leading people and teams to successful project delivery, familiarity with SAP's technology and solutions, must be able to work with multiple projects and changing objectives and excellent communication and presentation skills.
