Minimum education required: BS or Associate Degree in fire protection engineering. PE registration highly desirable.

Minimum work experience required: Minimum 6 years related experience.

Special skills required: Technically oriented, objective, good analytical/organizational skills. Superior communication skills. Broad knowledge of building construction methods and building codes. Experience dealing with contractors, architects and engineers.

Description of duties and responsibilities: Assists in development of project proposals and performs sales contacts as needed. Submits accurate engineering reports as requested by client and within project schedule and budget. Reviews submittals for conformance with specifications and/or other applicable criteria. Witness performance of system tests and inspections of installed systems. Maintains and expands status of personal technical expertise.
