Position Description
=C2=B7 Perform both functional process improvement work and / or technical configuration of either the Kronos or Workbrain tool
=C2=B7 Discovery =E2=80=93 work with the client to understand requirements and solidify them
=C2=B7 Design =E2=80=93 develop the business processes and configure the software to enable those processes
=C2=B7 Go Live =E2=80=93 implement the software and new processes in a limited pilot environment
=C2=B7 Post Go Live Support =E2=80=93 Support the client through pilot and potentially longer
=C2=B7 They may participate in selling add-on projects to a current client or support other account development activities
=C2=B7 This candidate with work daily with a client counterpart on the processes mentioned above. Exceptional client performance will occur when this candidate over delivers on the process and activities mentioned above. =20
=C2=B7 Through weekly internal BearingPoint (BE) status updates and informal meeting with the BE project manager and teammates, this candidate will have the opportunity to discuss ideas, suggestions, and recommendations. =20

Technical & functional requirements
=C2=B7 Advanced degree preferred (or additional years of experience with undergraduate degree)=20
=C2=B7 Retail Store Operations and store management experience
=C2=B7 Retail store labor forecasting and scheduling experience
=C2=B7 An understanding of core retail store processes
=C2=B7 Must have previous experience with Kronos or Workbrain systems
=C2=B7 Minimum of 4 years of experience required
=C2=B7 Minimum of 3 years industry experience required
=C2=B7 Travel requirement - Four days per weekdf-tc
