The BearingPoint World Class Finance Practice is currently searching for Sr. Consultant.

Performance Profile: BearingPoint's World Class Finance practice is looking for individuals with experience with strong finance functional background with emphasis on the planning function. Implementing Hyperion-based Financial/Analytical/Budgeting systems for new and existing clients.


Candidates MUST HAVE implementation experience in one or more of the following: Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, Enterprise


Responsibilities include:


- Define Hyperion systems strategy
- Develop system requirements
- Design and prototype, test, train and define support procedures and implementation.
- Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.
- Must have strong finance background, experience in Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting process.


Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice while demonstrating an awareness of the full breath of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.


Requirements:
- Certified Hyperion Professional (CHP) in either Planning and/or Financial Management is preferred.
- Experience in Hyperion Essbase, Analyzer, Intelligence, Reports, HAL, Essbase, and Scorecard is also desirable.
- Financial Planning & Budgeting, Financial Systems, Consolidations & Reporting, Data Warehousing
- Work experience in Finance function with knowledge of Finance processes:
- General Ledger
- Close and consolidate
- Reporting and Analysis
- Budgeting, planning and forecasting
- Control and Compliance
- Finance related technologies (Microsoft, Cognos, Business Objects)
- Sarbanes Oxley
- Finance Shared Services
- 100% travel needed, depending on project location.
