We are looking forSenior Consultants (CRM / Siebel Technical and Functional Leads) to join our team of experts in Cambridge, MA, New York City, London, and Amsterdam. The majority of our team has joined us from other consulting firms because of the direct impact they have on client projects and the organization itself, where open communication and collaboration is encouraged.
Primary responsibilities include:

Working directly with clients as part of a team
Hands on solution delivery
Mentoring and guiding less experienced consultants
Developing additional business on existing engagements
Formulate the team structure
Developing project delivery strategy and manage to plan

Required qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in applicable field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, either in technical consulting or in end-user sales and/or marketing organizations using CRM applications
Siebel 7 experience is desired, Siebel Certification is a plus
Solid experience in integration and technical architecture, ideally including Siebel analytics and custom development
Experience with one or more of the following: Technical Design, Salesforce.com or Onyx, Application integration, Marketing and analytics, Data migration application integration and/or web-based development
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent client presence, communication and presentation skills
Solid problem solving skills and a strong analytical thought process
Demonstrated success as a leader and member of project teams
