Manpower Professional is currently recruiting for a Senior Contract Representative. This contract opportunity is located in Albuquerque, NM at a company that is a leading provider of integrated avionics, engines, systems & service solutions for aircraft manufacturers, airlines, business & general aviation, military space & airport operations. We expect the contract to last up to 4 months. Due to the nature of our customer's business all candidates must be U.S. citizens. Description: -Negotiation of proposals -Submission and collection of invoices -Review of contract terms -Attention to changes in the contractual baseline -Maintain sound working relationships with program managers, technical staff, procurement staff, and customers -Achieve negotiations within documented objectives -Collect receivables within a specific window of time -Ensure that contract performance is only against documented contract requirements. -Timely submission of proposals -Preparation of tax records -Review of proposals for intellectual property content Requirements: -Experience in government contracting -Strong interpersonal and writing skills -Ability to analyze contractual and financial information -Ability to respond rapidly to multiple events.
