Description
CoCo is seeking a highly skilled and self motivated full time Recruiter. The Recruiter will manage the recruiting process for all positions in the Seattle WA, Dallas TX and McLean VA offices, including positions in Technology, Sales and Marketing, and Operations. This position will be responsible for recruiting the best possible candidates (Industry and campus). The person will manage the hiring requisition process which includes, but is not limited to, sourcing (direct and indirect) candidates, interviewing candidates, generating offers to candidates, and finalizing the hiring process for candidates. This position will also have people management responsibilities.

This position will report to the VP Human Resources and will include HR generalist duties as necessary.

Specific responsibilities for this position include:
Managing full lifecycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, phone screening, in-person interviews, compensation negotiation, extending employment offers, and managing candidates
Developing the candidate talent pool through a variety of creative methods including internal candidate database management, internet searches, job boards, referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing
Working closely with the VP HR and individual Hiring Managers

The successful candidate must have:
5+ years experience as a full lifecycle Recruiter in the Technology industry, as well as basic HR generalist skills
Established experience recruiting in Seattle area, including a solid network of potential candidates
Demonstrated success in recruiting top talent without relying upon outside search firms
The ability to foster and develop candidate and hiring manager relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to deliverables
A solid understanding of technical recruiting and an ability to discuss them with candidates and hiring managers
Proven effective written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills
Demonstrated creativity with issue resolution and "Out of the Box" thinking
Flexibility and adaptability; Consistently meet deadlines; excellent evaluation skills
Work well independently and as a team member across multiple levels
The ability to be self-motivated, self-managed, and highly organized
Experience in managing people is a huge plus
Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, the Internet, and candidate database management
BA degree and/or equivalent experience
