Required Skills
* 3 to 5 years experience in OO languages (including C#)
* SQL Server 2000 experience
* Data Modeling experience
* Strong T-SQL Stored Procedure authoring
* Experience with N-Tier architectures (C# Remoting a plus)
* ADO.NET
* Proven experience in building highly scalable data-driven web-based applications
* Flexible / Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
* Self-Motivated
* Excellent communication skills
* MCSD (.NET) a plus
* MCDBA a plus
