Diversified Executive Systems is seeking a Senior Database Administrator in the Dallas, Texas area for a major Telecom company.

7 years experience as a database administrator and database architect
3 years as DBA lead for Oracle databases
3 years supporting Oracle Internet Directory (OID).
2 years supporting SQL Server databases
Database migration procedures across various database environments like Oracle, SQL Server and DB2.
Expert level in SQL, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripts.
Support 24/7 mission critical production environment databases in SUN Solaris and IBM AIX environments
Design, implement and support logical and physical data models
Database design tools like ERWin.
Preferrable experience with iplanet directory
B.S. and M.S. in computer science.
Good problem solving skills and good communication skills are must.
Database certifications would be a plus
