Description
This position will require this Senior Delivery Operations Manager to work with the PM's and Sales team of a 50M dollar a year consulting company. You will be responsible to coordinate and manage all ongoing technology implementations for all customers. Our technology projects will encompass a broad enough range that you must manage both internal and external product configurations, and internal and external resources. This delivery will be accomplished managing a team of implementation and technology specialists deployed across multiple client projects, each at various stages of implementation. You will be the primary decision maker on resource allocation and therefore must be able to work with each of the primary operations management leaders to coordinate the implementation schedule, work with the onsite process improvement teams, resolve issues and conflicts, manage priorities, report progress, and otherwise insure the overall project implementation objectives are achieved.

You should have experience working for a consulting company such as Anderson, Comsys or Cap Gemini in the telecommunications industry. You will manage the requirements that come in through the sales team and project management team. This is a high profile position because of the interaction with the clients and the responsibility of managing the requirement process and projects for the company.
