CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We are looking for a Senior Deskside Technician.

Description:
This role performs technical support to the Executive/Senior Management client user communities on a well-defined engagement. They install, operate, and maintain components in a multi-vendor environment. Candidate will need to be familiar with MS Windows 2000 operating system and possibly be on call via cell phone during business hours with the option to answer calls after business hours as well.
Must have hands on experience with Blackberrys and PDAs.
Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving various hardware and software issues. Must be very client focused and have great customer service skills.df-tc
