Description
Leading Healthcare Organization searching for a top-notch Senior Level Desktop Support Candidate to join a winning team! This position will provide 2nd and 3rd level support in a Windows 2000 environment and be responsible for troubleshooting existing applications. Experience/Skills
Candidates must possess the following experience to be considered:
Minimum of 3-5 years of strong desktop support experience in a large environment
Experience with supporting Windows 2000 and XP Pro and performing Desktop configurations
Experience supporting PC & Laptop Hardware (Dell) and Desktop Imaging
Working knowledge of: TCP/IP, DHCP & DNS, Novell 5x-6x, Desktop Group Policy, and MS Active Directory
Strong communication and customer service skills
Related Microsoft Certifications preferred

Local candidates preferred.
