Senior Developer- C# Front End

Job Summary

As an individual contributor, the Senior Associate contributes to the Project Team by using his/her in-depth knowledge of the Platform to deliver his/her work within the prescribed timeframe with the highest degree of accuracy, thoroughness, and efficiency. The Senior Associate works collaboratively with the Project Team members in an unstructured, ambiguous environment. S/He may drive a small sub-team on a project, as necessary.Some domestic overnight and/or international travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
· Maintains up-to-date documentation;
· Completes coverage on test harnesses;
· Participates in the integration build process;
· May review others' code or designs;
· Writes high quality code;
· Analyzes and prioritizes P1/P2 software defects and identifies areas of impact, escalating issues to appropriate people;
· Provides workarounds to P1/P2 software defects;
· Defines and negotiates Service Level Agreements with client;
· Structures and mentors team members to plan and execute on Service Level Agreements;
· Produces reports on Service Level Agreement compliance;
· Based on period reviews, renegotiates Service Level Agreements with client, and;
· Acts as ''go-to' person on the platform.


Job Requirements:
Education:
· BA/BS degree;
· Developer certification in the platform of choice (e.g., SUN Java Developer)

Experience:
· 4 - 6 years experience;
· Participation in several Designs or Implementations;
· Hands-on experience in : C#, horizontal or vertical packages;
· Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, and;
· High degree of organization and ability to prioritize effectively in an unstructured or ambiguous environment.df-tc
