Key Responsibilities for this position:

Act as senior development resource for Services and Infrastructure related project deliverables.
Provide expertise in application design
Provide expertise in J2EE topics
Design and develop quality code with good performance and adherence to best practices on the DSS component of RIM.
Take over of enhancement and maintenance of Janus core infrastructure components.
Key Goals for this position:

Ramp up quickly on existing Janus application and design.
Deliver assigned projects with excellent quality according to schedule
Work well with distributed teams.
Exhibit superior coding skills.
Ensure that all standards and procedures are followed while producing new applications.
Provide senior level technical input and direction to the team.

Qualifications required for this position (e.g., education, experience, skills, industry background):

Minimum of BS in Computer Science
8+ years of Relevant Industry Experience.
Design and Software Development Skills
Good Written and Oral Communications.
Superior J2EE development skills
Proven Track Record of on-time delivery of projects.
JBOSS or equivalent application server experience.
CVS or equivalent experience.
Experience with UML for full life cycle of project
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
