Duties:
1. Performs programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements.
2. Assists staff with simple to very complex questions and problems on applications and processes.
3. Determines, investigates, and performs application problem resolutions until problem is resolved or work-around defined.
4. Designs file layouts.
5. Works with staff to develop specifications for new programs and systems as well as changes to existing applications.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:
1. 4 + years working experience developing applications for business - VB or VB.Net technology preferred
2. 2-4 year college education in Computer Science.
3. Requires advanced technical knowledge in all areas of applications programming, update, storage, and retrieval methods.
4. Advanced knowledge of software development and methodologies.
5. Knowledge of established programming procedures and languages.
