Description
Team Technology is assisting our client in recruiting a Senior Development Project Manager with 6+ year experience managing all aspects of complex project involving changes to systems and business procedures, full project lifecycle and experienc with web projects.
Lead complex IT Projects that deliver business value with accountability for success of overall project including results, cost, schedule and quality.
Coordinate/complete all business and technology activities for advice/financial planning projects through scoping, estimating, project planning, requirements, design, development, testing and implementation.
Lead team of business analysts and coordinate with development leads and business subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery.
Identify, appropriately escalate, and resolve issues.
Apply project and process methodology, maintain project documentation, plans, schedules, status reporting, estimates and forecasts.

Experience/Skills
6+ years experience managing all aspects of complex project involving changes to systems and business procedures, full project lifecycle and experienc with web projects.
Experience with Investment Advice, Financial Planning and Wealth Management ideal, at minimum, experience with securities related brokerage, mutual funds, record-keeping, trust, etc..
Experience with complex vendor selection and/or packaged implementation as well as custom implementation.
Experience with CRM, Sieble preferred.
Expertise in defining and documenting "current environment" and "target environment".
Demonstrated team leadership with ability to assign work, review deliverable, develop and deliver feedback.
Demonstrated ability to work in complex, unstructured environments and establish consistent, dependable processes.

Other desired skills:
