Position Description
Selected candidate will work as a senior .NET developer. The selected candidate will be involved in full software life-cycle development - from design, implementation all the way to test and documentation. He/she will play the role of a senior developer, technically involved in the design effort, developing and contributing to the team with good implementation choices during the development phase, and fixing defects/tuning the performance during Test and Verification. We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, motivated, team player with a flair for learning.

Minimum Education
BS or MS with 7+ years of software development on Windows OS, with a minimum of 4 years using .NET Framework. In-depth knowledge and experience with .NET 2.0 is a must. Understanding or experience using Microsoft Workflow Foundation is required. Experience building server based N-tier applications is a must. Exposure to .NET 3.0 is a plus.

Competence Requirements
The right candidate is one who has experience with all of the below:
- Has extensive and in-depth understanding and experience in building .NET Framework 2.0 based server applications using C#
- Has developed BI modules for N-tier systems
- Has experience or knowledge developing on Microsoft Workflow Foundation
- Has experience in product development
- Has good inter-personal skills

Knowledge of Tools/Packages
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0, Microsoft Workflow Foundation, SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio, C#.
