Senior E-Business Systems Consultant - Wholesale and International Delivery team

Position Description:

W2 only and must be authorized to work for any US employer.

Experience Level: 7-10 years tech experience with at least 6 years e-business focus.

Description: Acts as liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through internet/intranet-based solutions. Responsible for producing business requirements. Functions as project manager for large and complex projects. Develops project plans and schedules, including budgets. May perform quality assurance function, systems testing, and user acceptance. May work directly with senior management and is considered a high-level expert.

Responsible for the delivery and management of the infrastructure and for the Line of Business sub-vertical International Systems.

Provides the LOB sub-verticals with a focused point of entry into the TIS and other TOG infrastructure groups in an effort to ensure consistent delivery of service for end-to-end hosting services, including datacenter, distributed systems, network, mainframe, and desktops. Infrastructure services delivered will encompass all corporate competency services (e.g., risk and governance). Manage relationships at the LOB Application Manager levels, seeking win-win situations

Ensures the expected maintenance and sustenance of International Systems infrastructure condition and evolves the infrastructure environment as a function of LOB demands.

Develops and maintains infrastructure roadmaps

Manages demand for services and drives optimization through new and existing technology, while providing transparency reporting.

Assists in the development and maintenance of OLAs/SLAs among WISD, TIS/TOG partners, and LOB partners

Utilizes the technical delivery arm of the Wholesale and International Service Delivery team to deliver solutions.

Provides leadership, prioritization, and guidance to the matrix assigned resources from the Design & Engineering, Build & Support, and System Integration teams, while effectively managing costs and risks. Manages the relationships of TIS Partners to deliver non-SDT services for complete end-to-end infrastructure solutions.

Influences continuous improvement across all service delivery operational process by collaborating with other WISD and TIS/TOG peers

Minimum Qualifications
4 yr degree (or equivalent experience)

8+ years combined technical and business experience

Proven relationship management and leadership skills with a strong ability to rapidly establish credibility while leveraging key working relationships with business and technology partners

Excellent communication skills with demonstrated critical listening skills, as well as the ability to describe and articulate complex designs to various technology and business audience levels

Domain Knowledge of the Wholesale and/or International Business

Application Development or Infrastructure Delivery and/or management experience

Proven Delivery track record of traditional and innovative solutions, while maintaining the right balance on strategic versus tactical focus

Preferred Skills
Established Relationships with CTOs/DIOs in Wholesale/International
Experience supporting global 24x7 environment, including the unique challenges of operating in the International space
Professional certifications such as PMP, CISA, CBCP, CISM, and others are preferreddf-tc
