POSITION OBJECTIVE: This job provides internal consulting and real world experience and expertise in the field of ERP process design and implementation (Specifically Oracle) to the corporation. This position will reduce the need for external consultants while building the knowledge expertise within the organization. As we move forward with the new ERP strategy, these personnel will be highly required and charged to the Bus as needed at a cost much lower than external consultants. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include creating a center of excellence, implementing and educating ERP implementations best practices across the company, and be able to be allocated to the specific project and bring management process expertise to aid the Bus and sectors in their ERP implementations. Also, problem solving of the following: analyze current processes, and implement the most cost effective and best practice process changes to accommodate the implementation of the next system. Must have excellent project management skills and negotiation skills to process design and change management. KNOWLEDGE: Persons are required to have knowledge and experience of the following Oracle 11i modules: ? GL ? AR ? AP ? Fixed Assets ? Treasure ? Cash Management ? Payroll Person should also have process knowledge related to: ? Cash Management ? GAAP ? International Financial Regulations Person should also have technical knowledge related to: ? Kahlix Systems ? Consolidation Systems ? Financial Reporting Systems ? Payroll Accounting FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENRT: B.S. in CS or Engineering, Preferably a MBA. MINIMUM YEARS/ EXPERIENCE NECESSARY: 5-10 This extremely experienced ERP consultant should have worked in the consulting world and have been involved in at least 4 or more major ERP implementations and have been a workstream or team lead on at least 3 projects. Relocation available to qualified candidate.
