Senior ETL Consultant

This person will serve as a senior hands-on technical resource for the FASTAR project.

Duties may include:

• Researching COTS products and presenting results and guidance on choosing the software selection
• Report to FASTAR management
• Prepare status reports
• Prepare and deliver presentations and findings
• Implementation support
• Hands-on coding in one or more of the following languages: Java, XML, HTML, Scripting languages
• Creation of project documentation
• Business analysis
• Project management tasks

The ideal candidate will work well on a team and will be able to function independently. The position may require both onsite and remote work, and the candidate should be comfortable and able to be productive in both environments. This person will be seen as a subject matter expert by the client and will often need to provide input, guidance, and leadership to the client.

REQUIRED: Self starter; work independently with little direction; work remotely and effectively; good overall technical knowledge; business analysis experience; Java, XML, HTML, Scripting languages; government, HHS, or FDA experience STRONGLY preferred

DESIRED: project management skills, Informatica DT and Power Center; ETL; experience with data mapping and transformation; experience with Sun User Authentication; eSignature; enterprise search; workflow and/or Appian
