Description
Genesis 10 seeks a Senior Email Help Desk in Milwaukee for about 7 months ASAP.

The candidate will be responsible for:

·Spend upwards of 50% of their time on Phone Support for Outlook
·Support Outlook Client Add-ons and applications written in C++ and Visual Basic.
·Troubleshoot problems with Outlook 2000 and 2003 Clients.df-tc


Experience/Skills
·Demonstrated Help Desk support skills.
·Technical understanding of Outlook Client Software running on Windows XP.
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to develop rapport with clients at all levels.
·Self-starter who can work relatively independent, with minimal direction
