Description
The position is for a Senior Software Engineer in the Application Lifecycle Management group.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the firm's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategy
- Develop and integrate development tools and systems to support the firm's ALM strategy.
- Analyze existing software development processes and develop best practice guidelines.
- Develop tactical software solutions
- Evaluating vendor products and conducting gap analysis.

Requirement, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 5 years working with Information Technology
- Excellent knowledge and experience with software development methodologies , including Waterfall and Agile.
- Demonstrated experience with leading application development technologies including J2EE, (Weblogic) Database (Oracle, UDB) Messaging and .Net
- Good Organizational and Analytical skills
- Keen Interest in ALM and active awareness of emerging development practices.df-tc
