Manpower Professional is currently recruiting for a Facilities Technician. This contract opportunity is located in Albuquerque, NM at a company that offers a complete spectrum of compound semiconductor solutions for the broadband and wireless communications and solid state lighting markets. We expect this contract position to last up to 3 months Job Description: -Assist the Senior Facility Engineer with planning and implementation of facility improvement projects, equipment installations and perform scheduled preventive maintenance. -Operation, maintenance and repair of all facility/HVAC equipment and systems. -Monitor environmental standards for clean room operation and certification, e.g., temperature, humidity, particles. -Perform facility equipment operational and preventive maintenance procedures. -Respond to customer service requests. -Support production equipment installation and maintenance. Assist in development of new equipment and exact specifications. -Maintain facility data collection requirements and procedures. -Identifies nonconformances when they occur and participates in finding the solution to the nonconformance. Requirements: -Must be able to perform strenuous activities on a daily basis such as climbing ladders, working outside, exposure to loud noises, and lift 54 lbs.
