Senior Financial Analyst -Nashville, TN

Position Overview:
You will contribute to the successful delivery of finance and accounting services, specifically in the areas of financial reporting, analysis and forecasting related to Captive activity.

Responsibilities:
Assistance in supporting management and other departments through financial analysis and modeling
Prepare and analyze financial key performance indicators, such as the monthly IR transaction forecast, average claims cost, EBITDA and comparing those statistics to plan, prior periods, updated forecasting
Report monthly actual and performance against metrics to management
Assist in quarterly and annual Audit reporting and GL analysis
Prepare monthly client reconciliations, create, post journal entries and prepare General Ledger reconciliations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
2+ years as a financial analyst with experience in an accounting environment
Experience working on GL in a large organization and will have worked on preparing data for an external audit
Experience with Excel which includes v-lookup, pivot tables and if-then statements
Experience with MS Access reporting
