Senior Financial System Analyst (Hyperion)

• Provide support to ensure Hyperion Planning application is available and ready for use by all contributors during the AOP and forecasting process
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting and IT - Financial Systems to guarantee accuracy of data feeds and inclusion of all relevant information in populating Hyperion Planning
• Work with teams to optimize automation wherever possible
• Create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures related to Hyperion Planning in conjunction with organizational policies, guidelines, and standards
• Maintain appropriate security structure within Hyperion Planning to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
• Develop and sustain reporting tools necessary for users to analyze and present relevant financial data to senior and corporate management as necessary
• Solicit feedback and gather information from FP/A community regarding improvements and/or changes needed to keep Hyperion Planning up to date and relevant in the face of changing corporate, regional, or campus requirements
• Generate and communicate opportunities to enhance the utilization of Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase
• Improve processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness where possible
• Maintain a professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Required Skills:
Senior Financial System Analyst Qualifications:

• Knowledge of business, finance, and accounting as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related work experience
• Five years of progressively responsible experience working with Hyperion Planning or Essbase applications
• Working knowledge of personal and financial software packages in order to perform the functions listed above
• Experience with Oracle Financials (a plus)
• Ability to communicate complex and technical information to persons with non-finance related backgrounds
