Senior Flash Designer/Developer - Interactive Ad Agency

Who we are:

We are an expanding interactive ad agency with a focus in the entertainment and gaming realm and are looking for an experienced Flash Developer with a strong interactive portfolio to join our team.

What you will be doing:

You will help the team define user experiences and design interfaces for Websites and other interactive mediums from concept through to completion.
We are looking for a developer who is passionate about design and has a drive for innovation.
We are not looking for somebody who is job jumping, rather an enthusiastic Flash developer who wants to contribute to the growth of an online department.

What you need for this position:

5+ years Web/interactive development experience.
Strong Flash and ActionScript skills.
Strong understanding and implementation of OOP methods.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, xHTML, CSS, XML. (PHP is a plus).
Experience integrating Back End intensive structures into a Flash environment.
Strong foundation in visual/interface design, motion graphics and UI design.
Experience working with clients and development team to execute creative solutions.
Detailed and organized/Excellent communicator
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Game development experience and/or strong sense of motion is a plus.
Experience creating programmatic animations.
