Description
Senior Functional PeopleSoft Business Analyst
The Backoffice Applications team is responsible for Implementing and Supporting HR related applications including PeopleSoft HCM and Hyperion. The Senior Functional PeopleSoft Analyst will be responsible for the envisioning, planning and deploying stages of the project life cycle with respect to PeopleSoft HCM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Brings extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules (HR, Benefits Admin, Performance Management, eProfile, ePerformance, Compensation Management, Payroll & Payroll Interface) gained detailed participation in an enterprise implementation.
Experience with Kronos and ADP
Experience with functional design of various enhancements
Understanding of PeopleSoft Application Architecture and the various integration points
Gathers, documents and presents functional requirements and coordinates various test and implementation cycles.
Coordinates operational resources for User Acceptance Testing
Consults with business unit management and personnel to obtain additional information during system development and helps to evaluates alternatives to systems modifications
Tracks and documents changes to functional an business specifications

Experience/Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:


Experience in HRMS suite, implementation, upgrade and best practice.
Strong functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM Modules
Experience with development project life cycle documents as related to PeopleSoft
Participate in project issues related to Scope Change, Resource and Time Constraints
Identify and proactively mitigate system errors with appropriate steps (Business impact, alternative options, pros/cons, recommendations)
Understand company direction to design systems that will support key initiatives
Works with Application Architect to coordinate implementation schedules and product roadmaps
Manage and deploy deliverable through a phased methodology
