Description
We’re looking for highly talented senior game developers with exceptional programming, communication and leadership skills, and the ability to actively lead small teams of other software engineers. Ideal candidates will have a broad set of software engineering skills and the ability to serve multiple projects simultaneously with agility, poise and focus. New hires will work with the entire development team to coordinate development spanning several projects.

Responsibilities:
• Create software for Serious Games and Virtual Worlds (medical, military, space exploration, commercial training)
• Constructively work with artists, level designers and additional team members
• Provide programming expertise, including design, authoring, adapting, maintaining, profiling, debugging, documenting and supporting software components
• Participate in the sharing of ideas and exploration of new practices
• Estimate and execute completion of project milestonesdf-tc

Experience/Skills
Requirements:
Preference to applicants with:
• Experience with using or developing other game engines and/or platforms
• 5+ years of programming experience in a production environment
• Specialization in AI, Physics, Networking, UI, Graphics, Tools or related area
• Understanding of lower-level programming concepts, such as multi-threading, networking, databases, memory management, script compilers, I/O devices, Windows API etc.
• Experience with distributed simulation protocols (DIS, HLA, TENA etc.)
• Experience with e-Learning standards (SCORM, ADL etc.)
• Experience writing technical design documentation

Equivalent professional experience will be considered for talented candidates without degree or shipped titles. Code samples required before phone interview.
