Genesys Developer

Description:

Manifestis currently seeking Genesys Developersfor positions in Columbus, Ohio or Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities:

  • Under general direction, has duties ofinstructing, directing, and checking the work of less experienced staff

  • Leads a team that formulates and definessystems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thoroughunderstanding of business systems and industry requirements.

  • Devises and modifies procedures to solvecomplex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations,operation time, and form of desired results.

  • Includes analysis of business and user needs,documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirementspecifications.

  • Not only possesses full technical knowledge ofmost phases of systems analysis, but also considers the business implicationsof the application of technology to the current and future businessenvironment.

  • Acts a team leader for projects with moderatebudgets or of a short to intermediate duration.

    RequiredSkills:

  • Eight years of experience in programming andsystems analysis

  • In-Depth knowledge of Genesys-IVR

  • In-Depth knowledge of Complex Contact Centers

  • In-Depth knowledge of Syntellect IVR Required

  • In-Depth knowledge of Genesys CTI Routing

    Working knowledge of Genesys Reporting

    DesiredSkills:

  • Three years of experience in project management

  • Undergraduate studies in computer science,management information systems, mathematics or related field
