Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Lead design direction from Art Director to develop new marketing materials for each division of the company as well as design new concepts for tradeshows and events. Design and execute marketing materials for communications via print and multi-media in order to support the company's overall marketing strategies, including: marketing brochures, trade show graphics, corporate and sales presentation materials, newsletters, web design, other design projects as assigned.

PRIMARY DUTIES/TASKS:

1. Work closely with creative team to deliver expectations to clients.
2. Interact with outside vendors including illustrators, photographers, printers.
3. Responsible for developing marketing materials within provided strategy and vision
4. Produce both black & white and four color collateral
5. Prepare multimedia and slide presentations
6. Maintain organized archived project folders
7. Interface with independent marketing groups and vendors concerning on-going marketing projects
8. Attend press checks as needed
9. Assist and coordinate the development of photo shoots as required
10. Attend creative development meetings and support all product launches

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

1. Must be team player and able to take direction
2. Excellent oral and written communicator.
3. Must have strong creative visualization abilities.
4. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Highly organized and detail oriented.
6. Skilled at visual problem solving and situation analyses.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

1. Degree in Visual Communications
2. Minimum of 8 years experience in graphic Design
3. Experience in prepress, full color processing, spot color and offset printing a must.
4. Must have full knowledge of the most recent Macintosh computer software. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Acrobat, Quark Express, PowerPoint, and other related graphic programs.df-tc
