Kaiser Permanente, partnering with Genesis10 Consulting, is seeking 2 experienced SENIOR level Recruiter for a 6 month contract in Redwood City, CA.

Provides effective and responsive on-boarding process across multiple medical centers for new employees and those transferring from out of Region.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering effective, proactive and responsive recruitment/workforce management consultative services (to include workforce planning, career services, retention strategies, recruitment and diversity) to hiring managers, which result in the best match, of the most qualified candidates for assigned specialty positions (licensed technical/professional, management/exempt, business/finance).
- Performs critical role in delivery, education and compliance for organization wide inplacement and retention.
- Supports delivery of talent management strategies that facilitate opportunities for growth and development.
- Works in collaboration with the workforce planning consultant to building effective workforce management strategies that ensure a qualified, ready candidate pool.
- May be assigned team-leading responsibility in a specific geographic area.
- Typically work focuses on a specific service line at the sub-regional/regional level (across broad geographic areas).
- Responsible for supervision of Recruitment Coordinator II supporting service line.

Experience/Skills
Required Skills:
