Senior HRMS Analyst

Location: Arlington, VA


Will consider out of state candidates willing to relocate themselves and H1 candidates welcome


Required Skills:

- Oracle HRMS Enterprise implementation and maintenance experience (KEY SKILL)
- HR Systems project management experience preferably in a corporate environment; have managed small to medium application upgrades, conversions, and implementations
- Adept in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Visio
- Bachelors Degree strongly desired
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills:

- Oracle iRecruitment experience

Responsibilities:

- Sr. HRMS Analyst applies technical and functional HR knowledge to the improvement and maintenance of HRMS applications.
- Support and test interface programs and results to facilitate information flow between Oracle and external systems.
- Recommend and design business process modifications and improvement.
- Provide day to day support to HR system users.
- Manage user documentation for HRMS applications.
- Develop, implement, and deliver user training.
- Create complex reports and queries using various reporting tools
