Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Senior Clinical Consultant to join our team in the Wilmington, DE area.

Job Responsibilities:
This position provides set up, onsite training and follow-up with practices enrolling in the client facilities. This position is critical to the overall success as they are the “face” of client for all client-enrolled practices. The incumbents will participate in achieving the overall mission and vision of the client to provide real time clinical information across the state by providing outreach, education and professional training to the client’s users.

  • Plans and delivers end-user system training on a group or individual basis.
  • Promotes the client, as the user’s most reliable, effective, efficient, and secure source for state wide patient health information.
  • Assesses user requirements necessary to support implementation activities.
  • Advises on, presents, and supports the development of the user enrollment and product implementation.
  • Assesses complex situations, seeks collaborative solutions and prepares and presents recommendations.
  • Synthesizes knowledge of clinical information systems and practice workflow processes to collaboratively plan and carry out implementation activities.
  • Accurately and efficiently maintains user data and enrollment productivity reports.
  • Works with the client team to analyze and improve marketing, user enrollment strategies and processes to enhance user acceptance.

  • Experience within a healthcare setting in Delaware preferred


    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Clinical degree/education required (RN, MD, PA, RPh)
