Description
Qualified candidates will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on IPT experience. Responsibilities include design, implementation, and support of large-scale Cisco voice networks. Qualified applicants should possess experience in Call Manager 4.x and 5.x, IPCC Express or Enterprise, Unity and Unified Messaging, MeetingPlace and MeetingPlace Express, and Legacy PBX Integration. Cisco CCVP is required though CCIE-Voice is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication customer service skills required. The deployment position will require travel from 50% or 60% depending on location of residence.df-tc
